Hand Made in USA. Nickel plated hardware. Genuine leather. Fits necks up to 17".This is a brand new handcrafted Collar. It has 7 barbell shaped spikes and 7 round studs. All the spikes and studs are solid brass plated in nickel. the rest of the hardware is also plated in the same high luster nickel. The studs, spikes and buckle all look like Silver/Chrome. The leather is of a heavier weight leather, making it nice and strong and durable. The leather will get softer and buttery with wear.
